Because of the time and efforts of all the volunteers and coordinators along with the supporters of Saint Rose’s Fundraising, Home and School is pleased to be able to fund the following events among other things.  These are just a few examples of how the support of these fundraising opportunities enhance the curriculum that tuition doesn't cover.  

 

 

Ice Cream Social

Come join us in welcoming the kids back to school with our annual Ice Cream Social held in September. 

 

 

Junior Great Books Program

Program Coordinator Mary Steiner

Through reading and discussing great literature, students improve their reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. The Great Books Program is proven to help students develop essential literacy skills; in thinking critically, listening intently, and speaking and writing persuasively. Artist in Residence Program

Home & School provides the funding neccssary to bring this exciting program to students at Saint Rose.  Each year a local artist brings their talents to Saint Rose to share with our students, giving them the opportunity to kearn about the art and even practice it themselves. 


 

6th Grade Bibles
Home & School is pleased to be able present new Bibles to our sixth graders in the beginning of the school year. 



Family Fun Night

At this annual event, Saint Rose School families come together for an evening of food, entertainment, and fun.



Catholic Schools Week

Come celebrate Catholic Schools Week in January with coffee, juice and donuts in the cafeteria after Mass. 

 


Teacher Conference Dinner

A dinner is prepared for our teachers during conference week to thank them for their continued support.



Welcome New Family Program
Sponsored by the Home & School Association
We provide our new school families a folder of valuable informaiton that we hope will answer many of their questions in their transition to our school.  We will do our best to support each family in any way that we can.
